Terms of Service for LeaderTopPro

Welcome to LeaderTopPro, a platform offering business coaching and leadership training. By accessing LeaderTopPro.pro or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services, infoproducts, and goods made available by LeaderTopPro. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Services
LeaderTopPro provides live coaching sessions and training workshops aimed at enhancing leadership skills and organizational performance.
2.1 Live Coaching Services
Clients may schedule one-on-one or group coaching sessions. Cancellations made at least 7 days before a session receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days may be rescheduled once at no extra charge. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment are not refundable but may be rescheduled within one year of the original date, subject to availability.
3. Infoproducts
Infoproducts include digital guides, video courses, and downloadable materials. Purchases may be refunded in full if requested within 14 days of the purchase date, provided digital content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4. Goods
Physical materials, such as printed workbooks or branded training aids, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once items are received and inspected, a credit will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
5. Refund Policy
LeaderTopPro’s refund policy varies by offering type:
- Coaching Services: Full refunds if cancelled 7 days in advance; partial reschedule allowance; no refunds for late cancellations.
- Infoproducts: Refunds within 14 days if content remains unused and undownloaded.
- Goods: Returns accepted within 30 days; refunds upon receipt and inspection.
All approved reimbursements are issued to the original funding source within the timeframes noted above. If you are dissatisfied, you may request to reschedule services rather than seek a refund, when applicable.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain specialized workshop events and premium coaching packages are offered on a no-refund basis due to the irrevocable reservation of expert time and resources. Such terms will be clearly indicated before purchase. In these cases, you may be offered a credit toward future offerings or the option to transfer your participation to another date within one year of the original event.
7. Modifications to Terms
LeaderTopPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will post changes on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
